Why is my ice bath foaming?
Foam means body fats and oils have built up. How to knock it down with De-Foamer and when to drain and refill.

What foam is telling you
Foam usually indicates a build-up of body fats and oils. It is a sign the water needs changing.
Knock it down now
Add a very small amount of De-Foamer, starting with half a capful. More is not better: overdosing can make foaming worse.
Fix the cause
Before draining, run Pipe Cleaner at 250 ml per 1000 L following the label, so the new water does not inherit the grime in the pipes. Then drain, refill and follow the first-fill sequence.
Stop it coming back
Weekly Cleanser at 60 ml per 1000 L breaks down body oils and sweat before they accumulate.
Can I just keep adding De-Foamer?
No. It treats the symptom. Persistent foam means it is time to change the water.
