Returns and refunds

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something is faulty, not as described or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Damaged or leaking in transit

Send us a photo through Help or reply to your order email. We replace it at no cost, and you do not need to send the damaged item back.

Change of mind

Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by you. For safety, we cannot accept opened chemicals back.

How refunds are paid

To your original payment method, usually within 5 business days of approval.
